Any final balance due will be requested 8 weeks before your arrival date, you will receive an email with a reminder and link to pay.
For bookings or amendments to an existing booking made after July 2025 a refundable security deposit of £250 is due no later than a week before your arrival date, you will receive an email and a link to pay. Bookings made before this date included the security deposit fee and will be collected within the final balance total. You can check this by viewing the breakdown of your booking.
Check-in information is sent the week before your arrival date.
