What is the best thing about 11 Pearl? Everything!! Lost count how many times we’ve been, we go twice a year and we just love it. The apartment itself is perfect, always super clean and has all you need, a real home from home. The location is brilliant, you can park the car and forget about it, you can walk to so much.

We had a fantastic stay at Pearl during the first week of May. The weather and surf forecasts were not great but thankfully Newquay defied the predictions and we had fantastic weather. It is such a great place to stay at being so close to Fistral and a short walking distance to the town and the towns other beaches. We definitely will be looking forward to returning to Pearl.

Location is perfect, you don’t need to use the car at all really, you can be on the beach within a few minutes or walk along the headland into the harbour and town which has everything you need. The apartment itself has incredible views and is clean, modern and spacious.  We’ve been multiple times now twice a year and are already booked for next year!

Best thing about 11 Pearl: The location of the property, its view over Fistral Beach and proximity to Newquay town centre. There are too many good things to list which is why we keep returning

Second time staying, apartment is stunning, spotless and location perfect. We had a really comfortable stay, couldn’t have asked for more, the sun shone all week and temps were high. Apartment remained cool in the heat and we enjoyed many an evening sat on the beautiful balcony looking at the stunning views. Can’t wait for our next visit

We loved every minute of it.  It was the perfect base for us to explore the area, the beds were really comfy and the whole apartment was just perfect for our family to relax

Everything about 11 Pearl is perfect, a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location

This is our sixth vist to 11 Pearl, with another two already booked. So I think that says it all.
The new windows are an added benefit

This is our third time at the property, it is that good. The apartment is ideally situated and over looks Fistral beach and is also within a short walk to the town, the harbour and Newquay’s other beaches. We hope to return

We have stayed at quite a few properties in Newquay, some we may go back to but this is a 100% must revisit

This stay was our 4th or 5th stay at this property so I guess you will realise that we are great fans of the resort and the property. Its position is unrivalled with the sea and surf available at all times

Lovely apartment, 11 Pearl is on the 2nd floor, overlooking the golf course with nice sea views, stayed for 2 weeks. Our second visit this year and will be returning. The apartment was very clean and tidy on arrival, with prompt service from your property management. Anybody staying at this apartment will be well pleased

Perfect property in great location close to shops bars, restaurants but most importantly for us the beach. We metal detect and could walk from the property to Fistral and Little Fistral for an afternoon on the sands. We were very impressed with the standard of the property. So comfy, warm and inviting. Very well equipped. A really comfy huge bed. Parking is a big added bonus

Fantastic flat with beautiful view of the beach and golf course. Close to shops, bars and restaurants.
